How do I use this?

Place the patch on your chest , or buttocks (where there is no hair) and smooth it firmly into position. Several extra patches have been included so you can find the best area to apply the patch. Replace the patch with a new one (positioned in a different place) every three days. DO NOT PLACE THE PATCH ON THE GENITALS OR NEAR YOUR FACE. Effectiveness will vary with each individual.
